A Pixakova Premium Website concept
About this demonstration
Aurelia Homes is a fictional architecture and building studio. Pixakova designed and built this website to show what a Premium Website includes, using illustrative content.

What is real and what is illustrative
The business is fictional
Aurelia Homes, its team, projects and contact details do not exist. The phone number uses a range reserved for fictional use and the email uses a reserved example domain.
The photography is licensed stock
Photographs come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License. The buildings shown are not Aurelia Homes projects. Each illustrative project groups photographs of one building, and the concept drawing on the Renovations page was generated from its photograph.
There are no testimonials, awards or statistics
We have deliberately left these out rather than invent them. A real client’s website would feature genuine reviews and verifiable credentials.
The guidance is general
Journal articles and Perth area notes describe general conditions, such as the Residential Design Codes and bushfire construction standards, and are not advice for any specific site.
Integrations
What works today, and what is simulated
Nothing on this site is presented as a live connection to a third-party service. Here is exactly what each feature does.
Multi-step enquiry form
Four steps with accessible errors, a review screen, spam checks and duplicate-submission protection. Answers are validated in the browser and again on Pixakova’s server using the same rules.
- Demonstration mode: the server validates, categorises and then discards the enquiry. Nothing is stored, emailed or logged.
- Personal details are never placed in URLs or analytics.
Lead management (CRM)
After a demo enquiry, the page shows how a CRM would receive it: a lead score, a service area match, an owner, routing actions and a team notification preview.
- The scoring and routing rules really run; the CRM, email and chat steps do not.
Consultation booking
Choose a meeting type, date and time from sample availability, then download a calendar file. No appointment is created and nobody is notified.
Interactive content
Project filters and galleries, before-and-after comparison, process timeline, coverage map, sun study, accordions and the mobile menu all work fully and respect reduced-motion settings.
For a real client
How these features would go live
Each step uses the client’s own accounts, set up with their approval.
Enquiry delivery
The server endpoint would forward validated enquiries to the client’s inbox or CRM through an email or CRM service, with Cloudflare Turnstile added for spam protection and request keys stored briefly to reject duplicates.
CRM connection
Leads would be created in the client’s chosen CRM, such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, using a private API key held as an encrypted server secret, never in the website code.
Notifications
Routing rules would send email alerts to the right team member, and optional chat alerts for high-priority enquiries.
Booking
The booking step would be connected to a scheduling service such as Cal.com, Calendly or Microsoft Bookings, linked to the team’s real calendars.
Privacy
A privacy policy, consent wording and data-retention settings would be agreed with the client before any real enquiry is collected.
Search
How SEO differs for a real business
This demonstration is hidden from search engines so it never competes with, or misleads, real businesses.
Indexing
Here every page is marked noindex and left out of Pixakova’s sitemap. A real site would be indexable, with its own sitemap submitted to Google Search Console.
Structured data
Here only page and breadcrumb data is used. A real builder would add accurate business details, such as a HomeAndConstructionBusiness listing with its address, licence and service areas.
Local search
A real client would connect a verified Google Business Profile, consistent contact details across directories, and genuine reviews.
Content
Suburb and service pages would be written around real projects and the client’s actual expertise, never generated in bulk.
